Welcome to Good Shepherd Lutheran School. The mission of Good Shepherd Lutheran School in partnership with parents and congregations is to nurture Christian faith, Christian character, and academic excellence in a setting where children receive daily instruction in the Word of God and a Christian perspective in all subject areas.

Beginning in our award winning preschool and continuing on to 8th grade we strive to develop students who are:

Our students will be prepared to become successful leaders in their family, church, workplace, and community. For more information about the students we seek to develop at Good Shepherd please see our Portrait of a GSLS Graduate (attach link here).
While we are a school, we are also very much a family. Close bonds and communication are established between the school and home and caring relationships are developed among our students, staff members, and families. We know and look out for each other! These relationships have never been more evident than this year as we have successfully navigated the COVID-19 pandemic together. And as we begin to close another safe and productive year we invite you to come along and join our family. We are a Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod school and teach from that perspective, but we also welcome and invite students and families from all faiths and denominations.
If you are interested in Good Shepherd Lutheran School give us a call and we would be happy to take you on a tour and share with you the many outstanding features of our programs and school.
God’s blessings to you and your family, Joel Kilgus Principal, Good Shepherd Lutheran School
